BELGIAN CURVE PALE ALENamed after the neighborhood in South Omaha where Belgian immigrants settled at the turn of the 20th century, roughly 41st & P Sts. Bursting with spiciness from the French Saison yeast and an earthy floralness from generous additions of German Magnum, Slovenian Bobek and Savinjsi Goldings hops. It’s borderline Saison in it’s intense dryness.
YOTUS IPAA traditional American IPA, Yotus has a complex but well structured hop profile from it’s blend of Columbus, Cascade, German Magnum, Chinook, Mosaic and Pacific Gem hops. Crisp, dry and full of hop flavor.
SON OF NUTJOBOur German-style Rauch (smoked) beer is a complex yet drinkable winter seasonal. A small amount of German smoked malt, unsweetened cocoa and a blend of chile peppers create a fruity, smoky and chocolatey beer with a touch of heat.

ST. MEINRAD GRAND CRUOur strong Belgian-style ale is fermented with a French Saison yeast strain, prized for it’s pear note and spicy, peppery finish. Brewed with domestic 2-row and Munich malts and flaked oats. A hefty kettle addition of sugar helps to lighten the body.
HOPSCOTCH SCOTTISH ALEHopscotch is a Scottish-type 80/- Shilling ale, similar to a British bitter. Fermented with a British ale yeast, Hopscotch is a deep golden hue with underlying notes of caramel, toast and a floral hoppiness courtesy of Simcoe and German Tettnanger hop varieties.
