YOTUS IPAA traditional American IPA, Yotus has a complex but well structured hop profile from it’s blend of Columbus, Cascade, German Magnum, Chinook, Mosaic and Pacific Gem hops. Crisp, dry and full of hop flavor.
NUTJOB BROWN ALEAn American-style brown ale, it is malt-forward and brewed with a blend of domestic and imported barley malts giving it a true nutty and toasty profile.
MUDDY MO AMBER ALE,A British-style best bitter blends a sturdy maltiness with biscuit notes with earthy hop bitterness from several UK hop varieties, include Target, Challenger and East Kent Goldings.

CRUSHER BARLEY WINEA sipper for the cold winter months, our barley wine is rich but well attenuated with a complex maltiness from a blend of 2-row, British Marris Otter and Mild Ale malts. Copper hued and hopped to 99 IBU with Columbus and Cascade hops.
SON OF NUTJOBHe showed up at the doorstep, disheveled and dirty brown, reeking of smoke. From all appearances he was lost, but now found. Son of Nutjob, the prodigal beer-son, has returned. Brewed with a blend of six barley malts, including a good dose of German Rauchmalt. Light smokiness is supported by rich Munich malt.
HARVEST BROWNWhy not? Brewed exclusively for the Hy-Vee Market Grille locations in Nebraska. We took our Nutjob recipe and substituted some flaked barley, rolled oats, flaked maize and wheat malt to create a multi-grain, crisp easy-drinking brown ale. Hopped with Nebraska-grown Brewers Gold hops.
INTENSITY STOUTAn American West Coast-inspired stout, Intensity is just that - intense. Aggressive roast and chocolate notes abound, with a silky body from rolled oats and nuttiness from Crystal 110 malt. Dry hopped with Cascade hops for an even more intense aroma. Served on nitro.
PROSPECT HILL ROBUST PORTERThe return of an old favorite. PHRB is our take on a rich, malty, toasty-roasty Porter. Notes of dark chocolate and coffee are balanced by 35 IBUs of Nebraska-grown Chinook and Brewers Gold hops.
HEILIGE NAMEN (Holy Name)Our Vienna-style amber beer is brewed with North American 2-row malt and a blend of five different German malts: Munich, Vienna, CaraMunich I, CaraRed and CaraHell. The elegant maltiness is complimented by the delicate floral hop notes from German Perle, Hersbrucker and Tettnanger hops.
LONE TREE XPA (EXTRA PALE ALE)Holler back. Lone Tree XPA has returned to the lineup. Bursting with hop aroma, this light-bodied pale ale was hopped exclusively with Citra and Mosaic Hops througout.
WINTER HONEY LAGEROur golden winter lager was brewed with clover honey and a touch of coriander, giving it a subtle sweet orange aroma. Smooth and warming for those cold winter nights.
