Our Belgian-style Grand Cru, a spiced Tripel, was brewed with honey, sweet & bitter orange peel, coriander and a mystery spice. Nebraska-grown Brewers Gold hops provide a subtle earthy bitterness.

SON OF NUTJOB
He showed up at the doorstep, disheveled and dirty brown, reeking of smoke. From all appearances he was lost, but now found. Son of Nutjob, the prodigal beer-son, has returned. Brewed with a blend of six barley malts, including a good dose of German Rauchmalt. Light smokiness is supported by rich Munich malt.

A sipper for the cold winter months, our barley wine is rich but well attenuated with a complex maltiness from a blend of 2-row, British Marris Otter and Mild Ale malts. Copper hued and hopped to 99 IBU with Columbus and Cascade hops.

RESILIENCE BUTTE COUNTY PROUD IPA
Scriptown is pleased to participate in Sierra Nevada Brewing Company’s fundraising project. We brewed a batch of Resilience IPA to their specifications. This beauty is chockfull of Centennial and Cascade hops, domestic 2-row and Crystal 60 malt. All net proceeds go to victims of The Camp Fire in northern California.

GOAT SMACK HELLES BOCK
Wildly popular last year, we decided to brew our Bock again and make it our spring seasonal. Rich, elegant maltiness from copious amounts of German malts are balanced ever-so-nicely by the floral notes from German Perle and Hallertauer Tradition hops.

Brewed in collaboration with the 2019 Omaha Beer Week Committee, this rare Düsseldorf-style doppesticke alt is malt-forward but with a generous burst of hop bitterness from German Perle and Hallertauer Tradition hops.

SCRIPTOWN WIT
Welcome, spring! Our refreshing Belgian-style Wit bier is mildly spiced with coriander seed and bitter orange peel and brewed with 2-row malt, wheat malt, unmalted wheat and a small amount of Munich malt. Mild tartness and wholesome wheat flavor dry out nicely.
